1. Login

1.1 You have the option of creating a 'login' account. If you choose to create a 'login' account, you will be able to view your 'login', simplifying the re-ordering of any item purchased previously. And your contact details will be automatically entered into your order.

1.2 If you choose not to create a 'login' account, you can still place new orders, but you will not be able to view previous orders.

1.3 To create a 'login' account:
a) Click on 'login' on the 'Shopping Cart' page.
b) Click on 'create account'.
c) Enter your details and click on 'Create account' at the bottom of the page.

1.4 When you wish to place a new order, click on 'login' and enter your username and password. You may then click on 'order history' to view previous orders.


2. Finding Parts

2.1 If you know the part number you require, enter it in the 'Part no' box on the 'Shopping Cart' page and click on 'add item'.

2.2 For nebulizers, spray chambers, torches, kits, cones or coils, if you do not know the part number you require, select 'PRODUCTS' from the main menu, then 'Products to suit your ICP', then the ICP model you are using. You will then be presented with a list of parts suitable for your ICP.

2.3 For pump tubing or accessories, the link from the 'Products' menu will take you to an item list.

2.4 If you have an existing product but do not know its part number, choose 'SEARCH PART' from the main menu, then 'Use your product serial number to find its part number'.


3. Finding prices

3.1 When you find the part number you need, it will, in most cases, have the price displayed.

3.2 Click on the price to add this product to your Shopping Cart. Note that you are not committed to placing an order until you submit your order with shipping and payment details.


4. Changing quantity

4.1 Click on the up/down arrows in the 'Qty' column to display the change quantity box. Change the number in the box to the quantity required and click on 'update order qty'.

4.2 Clicking on the 'clear' button clears the entire order.


5. Choosing the method of shipment

5.1 The standard method and cost of shipment are automatically selected.

5.2 If you want your order to be shipped by another method, click on the selected shipping method and use the down arrow to select 'Special delivery'.

5.3 If you select 'Special delivery', you will need to enter shipping instructions when you enter your contact details later on.

5.4 You will see that no shipping cost appears if you select 'Special delivery'. We will contact you to advise the cost of your selected shipping method.


6. Choosing the method of payment

6.1 When you have selected the items you wish to purchase, click on 'proceed to checkout' at the bottom of the 'Shopping Cart' page.

6.2 'credit card online' enables you to send your credit card details with your online order. All transmissions are encrypted for your security.

6.3 'credit card fax:post'. If you do not wish to send your credit card details over the internet, choose this option. You will be asked to print your order and send it by fax or post with your credit card details.

6.4 'direct deposit'. This option allows you to make payments directly to the Glass Expansion bank account. Note that your order will not be shipped until your payment is received.

6.5 'account'. This option is for companies that have an established Glass Expansion account. If you wish to establish an account, please send your request to enquiries@geicp.com


7. Completing the checkout details

7.1 Enter your details in the spaces indicated. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required entries.

7.2 If you selected 'Special delivery' on the 'Shopping Cart' page you need to enter your delivery instructions.

7.3 When all details have been entered click on 'continue'.

7.4 If you want your details to be remembered next time you order, leave the 'Remember details' box checked. All information except credit card details is remembered.

7.5 When you have verified all details click on 'submit'

7.6 Print a copy for your records.

7.7 If you selected 'credit card fax:post' as the method of payment, you will need to fax or post the printed copy to Glass Expansion with your credit card details.


8. Confirmation

8.1 We will confirm receipt of your order by email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 working days, please send an email to enquiries@geicp.com
